Communities of Practitioners
The participants of the Communities of Practitioners or CP are a group of young people, some of them at the end of their high school, some studying their bachelor or master studies, some already in their jobs, interested to upskill themselves and expand their knowledge in particular areas of policy making.
They do so by, first, learning with other peers, building their knowledge and expertise and then by sharing them with other peers.
Each CP consists of two phases:
Phase 1: Knowledge and Expertise creation
Phase 2: Design and deliver of knowledge
The goal is first to enable knowledge and expertise creation among participants and then support them to co-create and co-deliver the contents by themselves for other peers.
Over the years, there will be several calls or expressions of interests based on certain priority areas that the Good Leadership will identify together with its youths.
So far three CPs have been organized, of which two are still currently ongoing while one has been completed.
